The "Richtiring" property in Wallisellen is getting a new office tenant. A Swiss private bank is renting around 1,500 square meters of space as of 1 February 2024, according to real estate service provider SPGI Zurich. The bank had commissioned the real estate agency to find new office space in the Zurich area. This has now been found in the property at Richtiplatz 5, which belongs to the real estate company Allreal, and the new tenant will be able to take over most of the existing fit-out work carried out by the previous tenant, according to SPGI. According to the company, it conducted the entire negotiation process with the owner Allreal and the current tenant. One special feature was that the current tenant still had a current rental agreement that could not be terminated prematurely. Two interdependent contracts were therefore negotiated. The "Richtiring" is located close to Wallisellen railroad station and the Glatt center, and the freeway junction is just a few minutes' drive away. (ah)
