Stoneweg has opened its first Beezi brand building in Tolochenaz in the canton of Vaud. With this concept, the real estate company offers innovative industrial space: There are several communal areas, which are designed to connect tenants with each other on the one hand and help to save costs on the other.

The building in Tolochenaz offers 650 square meters of communal areas over a total area of 10,000 square meters, spread over two floors. The shared area, which is intended to be the heart of the building, includes conference and relaxation rooms, green spaces, sports halls and restaurants. The common areas allow each tenant to save square meters and optimize rent for production, according to Stoneweg.

Stoneweg is planning further Beezi locations: The concept will be launched in the canton of Aargau in the second quarter of 2024, followed by locations in the cantons of Geneva, Bern and Thurgau in the first quarter of 2025. (ah)
