The Lika Group is building a residential building with 37 condominium units (1.5 to 4.5 rooms) in the middle of Paradiso, on the corner of Viale San Salvatore and Via Geretta. The Green Corner project consists of nine upper floors with first homes, second homes, vacation apartments and a large, divisible commercial space on the first floor. Lika is building two penthouse apartments on the top floor.
