Renens: Major letting in UBS-Swissreal building
A real estate service provider is relocating its Lausanne headquarters to a property owned by the UBS Swissreal real estate fund.
UBS Swissreal has announced that it has successfully let the property on Rue du Caudray in Renens (VD). According to the fund, Apleona Schweiz AG will relocate its Lausanne headquarters to the building in December of this year. To this end, 1,047 square meters have been rented on a long-term basis.
The mixed office and commercial building of UBS Swissreal is located within walking distance of Renens railroad station. In addition to various office tenants, it also houses two retail spaces and a restaurant. In the summer, the fund leased 800 sqm of office space to Etavis, which specializes in electrical installations and building infrastructure.(ah)
