The large-scale Nova Brunnen project in Ingenbohl-Brunnen (SZ) on Lake Lucerne is growing upwards. HRS Real Estate is developing the former Holcim industrial site in Brunnen Nord, which is located between the railroad station and the center of Brunnen, into a new quarter.

As announced by HRS, the topping-out ceremony for the first stage has now been celebrated. The HRS branch in Kriens is building four residential buildings with a total of 101 high-quality rental apartments behind a striking clinker brick façade for the client CS Asset Management.

According to HRS Real Estate, the buildings will be staggered and green open spaces will be created between the buildings. In addition, the embankment along the Muota river will be raised to create a pedestrian and cycle path. Platforms will be built along the embankment path to make the Muota accessible.

The first tenants of buildings B1 and B3 will be able to move into their apartments from August 2024 - that is three months before the agreed handover date, according to HRS. The remaining buildings B2 and B4 are expected to be ready for occupation from September 2024. (ah)
