The investment manager Qube Research & Technologies has leased the twelfth and 13th floors of the Schanzenbrücke high-rise with a total of almost 530 square meters of office space. This was announced by SPGI Zurich, which found the new tenant on behalf of the owner Swiss Life.

The Schanzenbrücke high-rise building is located at Stockerstrasse 64, in the heart of Zurich's CBD and just a few minutes' walk from Paradeplatz. The striking building with around 7,000 square meters of space has been completely renovated and is being let as a fully fitted-out building. The office is the first location in Switzerland for the new tenant Qube; according to SPGI Zurich, further locations are being planned. According to the real estate agency, various areas of the 13-storey building have already been let; the last floors, each with 370 sqm, are still vacant. (ah)
