Geneva: Foundation stone laid for "Campus Pictet de Rochemont"

55,000 square meters of office space is being built in Geneva for the private bank Pictet. Total contractor HRS laid the foundation stone a few days ago.

The foundation stone for the new Pictet de Rochemont campus was laid a few days ago in the heart of Carouge (GE). This was announced by the total contractor HRS. Once completed, the complex will house 2,500 workplaces and 96 apartments and will be one of the "most environmentally friendly buildings in Europe". Completion is planned for 2025. The 90 m high building will offer 55,000 sqm of office space on 23 floors. A total of 10,300 square meters of the campus is earmarked for apartments. (aw)
