Zurich: Züblin extends with major tenant
The real estate company has extended the long-term rental agreement for a property in Zurich's Holbeinstrasse by ten years ahead of schedule.
Züblin has extended a long-standing lease in the Holbeinstrasse commercial building, which is due to expire on April 30, 2025, at an early stage until at least April 30, 2035, the real estate company writes in an ad hoc release.
According to the annual report for 2022/23, this tenancy accounts for 32.6% of the holding company's total rental income. The company - which according to the annual report is the international law firm Baker McKenzie - is therefore by far the largest tenant in the Züblin portfolio. (ah)
