Zurich: Residential developer Xania opens showroom
Xania, a project developer for exclusive apartments, will also be selling its products in a showroom on Pelikanplatz in Zurich in future.
Residential developer Xania Real Estate has opened a 250 sqm showroom for sales and furnishing advice at Pelikanplatz 15 in Zurich. According to the company, it has completed ten construction projects with around 70 apartments since it was founded in 2022 and a further 60 projects with a potential of around 600 apartments are in the approval or development phase.
