Akara Tower in Baden is completed
Total contractor HRS has handed over the high-rise building to the client Swiss Prime Site Solutions.
At the end of September, two months earlier than planned, the total contractor HRS handed over the "Hochhaus Baden Ost" in Baden (AG), also known as the Akara Tower, to the client.
The 68-meter high-rise, the tallest building in Baden, is a project by Akara Funds AG, which was acquired by Swiss Prime Site Solutions in 2022.
The residential and commercial tower was built on the ABB site in the middle of the city. It comprises 150 apartments, commercial space on three floors and retail space on the first floor. (ah)
