Geneva: International association moves into "Kyoto" office building
In Geneva, JLL brokered the letting of 620 sqm to an international organization.
The International Organization of Employers has rented space in the Green Village quarter in Geneva. According to JLL, which acted for the landlord, the organization is moving into the ten-storey "Kyoto" office building. Swiss Life is the owner of the first rental property in the new quarter. The rental space is 620 sqm and the building will be occupied in July 2024. (aw)
