Cham: Hiag finds major tenant for Chama quarter
The coliving provider Ariv will occupy space in the Chama anchor building from next year.
Hiag Immobilien Holding has signed a long-term rental agreement for its Chama district development in Cham (ZG). This has now been announced by the real estate company.
Accordingly, the coliving provider Ariv will rent a 3,550 square meter space in the Chama anchor building from 1 May 2024 and operate 71 apartments and communal areas on three floors. The target group of the offer is people who are on site for a limited period of time and do not want to take care of permanent accommodation.
The Chama development will also create 140 rental and owner-occupied apartments. (ah)
