The site near Lake Constance is 26,000 square meters in size and has been taken over by a construction and real estate company from eastern Switzerland.
Vetrotech Saint-Gobain has sold a 26,000 square meter industrial site near Lake Constance. The site includes a fully let property for the glass processing industry as well as a proportion of residential and commercial building land, according to SPGI Zurich. The real estate service provider was commissioned by the owner with the sale.
SPGI Zurich has found a construction and real estate company from eastern Switzerland as the new owner. (ah)
