Zurich: Two office floors let at Löwenplatz
On behalf of the owner Walim AG, SPGI Zurich has found two new tenants for the property at Usteristrasse 19.
The owner Walim AG had commissioned SPGI Zurich to let two newly renovated, fully developed office spaces on Zurich's Löwenplatz. Global Services Management AG, a financial services provider in the private equity sector, and Emonitor AG, which specializes in IT solutions for real estate companies, were acquired for the space at Usteristrasse 19.
