Grisons: Alfina and Prefera found joint subsidiary

Alfina Treuhand AG has been active in the fiduciary, auditing and real estate sector in Graubünden and neighboring areas since 1970 and currently employs over 20 people. Prefera Immobilien AG is rooted in the Sarganserland region and offers real estate management, sales, valuation and building consultancy services with over 40 employees. Its managing director Patrizia Wachter Tanner comments on the founding of the new company: "Our expertise and many years of experience, combined with Alfina's network and the local site manager and experienced estate agent Alexandra Schwarz, give me confidence that we can successfully establish ourselves in the Chur and Graubünden region."

The management of investment properties and condominium communities will continue to be offered by the two parent companies Alfina Treuhand and Prefera Immobilien respectively. (aw)
