Alpnach: DAI buys company property
The DAI Investment Foundation acquires the headquarters of a glass wholesaler in Alpnach (OW) as part of a sale and leaseback transaction.
As part of a management buy-in (MBI), 100% of the shares in the Central Swiss company GHA Glashandel Alpnach AG have been sold. In a separate transaction, the DAI investment foundation is acquiring the operating property of GHA. The transaction was accompanied by the investment manager Quantus AG on behalf of the buyer. GHA remains the long-term tenant of the property. Ramus & Company acted as exclusive advisor in the sale process of both the company and the property on behalf of the seller.
GHA also has a 500 square meter showroom at its headquarters at Industriesstrasse 12. The GHA warehouse has over 9,000 pallet spaces. (aw)
