The topping-out ceremony for a project by the Patrimonium Investment Foundation has been celebrated in the Malley district of Lausanne. The Grand-Pré project involves the demolition of two old buildings and the construction of two new residential buildings with a total of 76 apartments. The units should be ready for occupancy in October 2024.
The client is the Patrimonium Investment Foundation and the project is being realized by HRS. (ah)
