Ticino: Baloise Life sells two residential properties
Two properties in Bellinzona and Mendrisio with a total of 58 apartments were sold to private individuals, according to the transaction advisor JLL.
Baloise Life Ltd has disposed of two properties in Ticino. According to JLL Switzerland, which was commissioned to market the "Merlot" residential portfolio, the properties in Bellinzona and Mendrisio were sold separately to two private local investors in order to maximize value.
The property Via Canonico Ghiringhelli 6/6a in Bellinzona, built in 1991, has 37 apartments on a rental area of around 2,800 square meters. The property is currently let at 92.5% of the target rent of CHF 525,000.
The occupancy rate of the second property at Via Carlo Diener 12 in Mendrisio was most recently 66.7%. The property, built in 1965, was renovated in 2008 and has 21 apartments on a rental area of 1,500 sqm. (aw)
