Zurich: Office space let on Hardturmstrasse
UMB AG has signed a rental agreement for a space on the top floor of the "Pulse 5" office building in Zurich.
According to CBRE, it has let 600 sqm of space on the sixth floor of the Puls 5 office property on behalf of Intershop Management AG. The new tenant of the space is UMB AG. The fourth floor of Hardturmstrasse 11 with 1,350 sqm is still available, according to the broker. (aw)
