Renens: Startup rents 1,120 sqm of office space
A property owned by the UBS fund Swissreal in Renens (VD) welcomes a new tenant from the e-mobility sector.
The UBS fund "Swissreal" has announced a letting in Renens (VD). According to a statement, Evon SA has moved into 1,120 square meters of office space on Rue du Caudray as of October 2023. The office and commercial building is located within walking distance of Renens train station. Evon is a growing Swiss company in the field of e-mobility, which was initiated by EPFL students in collaboration with the University of Geneva. (aw)
