Vernier: UBS Foncipars buys new building project
The new acquisition of the real estate fund is an apartment building under construction
The UBS Foncipars real estate fund has acquired a new construction project for an apartment building with 40 apartments and 21 parking spaces. According to UBS, the project is part of the Lune district plan, in which a total of four apartment buildings with a communal parking garage are being built. The project is located in the "Zone de développement 3" on Chemin du Croissant in the municipality of Vernier (GE).
Construction has already begun and the residential building should be completed by the end of 2025, UBS added. The investment volume is reportedly around CHF 30 million, with medium-term rental income amounting to a good CHF 1.2 million. (ah)
