According to the investment foundation, this involves a land purchase in Fällanden and a property in the municipality of Uetikon am See. With an anticipated focus on residential property, Seraina Invest plans to make optimum use of the potential of the locations. The property on Rundiweg in Uetikon am See is characterized by an unobstructed view of Lake Zurich, and the Schüepwis property in Fällanden offers a view of Lake Greifensee.
