Grenchen: Espace plans residential development
The Hasenmatt project will create a total of 41 apartments. Construction is scheduled to start next year.
Espace Real Estate is set to realize a new residential project from spring 2024. A development with four point blocks is being built on a plot of land measuring over 7,200 square meters on Bettlachstrasse in Grenchen (SO).
A total of 33 apartments are being built in three buildings, with eight apartments planned in one building. The apartment mix includes 2.5-, 3.5- and 4.5-room apartments. Espace Real Estate expects construction to begin in May 2024, with occupancy scheduled for December 2025. (ah)
