Zurich: Immofonds launches first letting in Höngg

The Immofonds is currently building a sustainable development with 32 apartments at Regensdorferstrasse 63-69 in Zurich-Höngg. According to the fund, construction work is progressing according to plan.

Initial letting of the apartments (1.5 to 5.5 rooms) began in November 2023, and half of the apartments had already been let as planned by the end of December, according to Immofonds. The apartments will be occupied in stages in April and May 2024. (ah)
