Meyrin: Swissroc and Orllati develop 6-hectare site
Swissroc Industrial Opportunities (CH) SA and Groupe Orllati SA announce the purchase of a site of around 60,000 square meters in the Zone Industrielle Meyrin-Satigny (Zimeysa) in the canton of Geneva.
The property was previously owned by the Stellantis automotive group, which emerged from the merger of Fiat and the French PSA Group. Today, the site is home to a car dealership, a warehouse and an outdoor storage area. Stellantis has undertaken to operate a new car dealership on a long-term basis. The structured transaction was reportedly carried out by CBRE on behalf of the seller. The development potential of the properties is stated as 72,000 sqm of rental space. (aw)
