Wetzikon: Utilita AST buys residential development
JLL has brokered the sale of a residential complex in Wetzikon (ZH) owned by Gehag Real Estate.
A residential complex in Wetzikon has changed hands. According to transaction advisor JLL, which was commissioned by Gehag Real Estate AG with the sale, Utilita Anlagestiftung has acquired the residential complex. The complex from the 1980s comprises 40 residential units and has the addresses Mönchbergstrasse 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12. (aw)
