Basel: "Matt Q" office property fully let
SPGI has completed its mandate to let the property with the letting of a 219 sqm space on the 3rd floor.
On behalf of the owner Avadis Anlagestiftung, SPGI Zurich was mandated to let the 1,936 square meters of the "Matt Q" property on the corner of Riehenring 171-175/Effringerstrasse 32 in Basel. An architectural firm has signed the lease for the last 219 sqm of space on the 3rd floor. The property is located in Basel's up-and-coming Matthäus district and in the immediate vicinity of the trade fair. (aw)
