Crissier: Polyclinic rents UBS fund property
The commercial space of the new "Eclosia" construction project, which belongs to the UBS Foncipars fund, has therefore been fully let.
Letting success for the UBS Foncipars real estate fund: all commercial space in the new "Eclosia" development at Rue du Jura 2 / Rue des Alpes 60 in Crissier (VD), which the fund acquired at the end of 2020, has now been let.
The new building will be constructed in two stages and comprises the construction of 28 apartments and 1,300 square meters of commercial space. UBS reports that around 600 square meters of this commercial space had already been leased to the Ensemble Hospitalier de la Côte polyclinic before work began. The clinic was already the tenant of the old buildings on the site. The remaining commercial space has now also been leased to Polyklink. The clinic is due to move in in the fourth quarter of this year, once the second construction phase has been completed. (ah)
