Steiner receives building permits for two Zurich projects
The company is building a total of 41 apartments for the Seraina Investment Foundation in the Binz and Höngg districts.
With the receipt of the legally binding building permit, Steiner AG can realize the Zurich projects Haldenstrasse 20 in Wiedikon and Limmattalstrasse 281 in Höngg for the Seraina Investment Foundation.
The new building on Haldenstrasse in the Binz district will comprise a total of 26 rental apartments and an underground parking facility on the site of an existing apartment building. Construction is scheduled to start in the third quarter of 2024 and will take around two years. The project will be certified with the Minergie label and will have a photovoltaic system, heat pump and geothermal probes. The apartments will have 1.5 to 3.5 rooms.
In the Höngg district, on the other hand, 15 owner-occupied apartments are being built. Photovoltaic systems, heat pumps and geothermal probes are also planned here. The apartments are scheduled to be occupied by the end of 2026. (aw)
