Regensdorf: ISS lands FM contract for major project
The contract covers responsibilities for building services and cleaning on a site with 15,000 square meters of commercial space.
ISS Switzerland will be responsible for the facility management of the Zwhatt site in Regensdorf (ZH). The project, which is one of the largest district projects in Switzerland, is being realized on a 39,000 sqm site. Over 600 rental apartments and around 15,000 square meters of commercial and retail space are being built.
ISS is responsible for cleaning the eight buildings, including the hotel rooms, as well as for the maintenance and servicing of the building technology, the maintenance of the extensive grounds and the management of several event rooms, including a cinema. The client is Pensimo as the owner's representative.
A particular focus of the contract is the management of the energy center, whereby ISS is responsible for supplying the area with electricity, heating and cooling. The district is set to become one of the most sustainable in the world. (aw)
