Schaffhausen: New office tenant for the "Landhaus"
A technology company rents more than 1,000 square meters of office space in the property near Schaffhausen railroad station.
The "Landhaus" in the immediate vicinity of Schaffhausen railroad station has found a new tenant. An international technology company active in the field of mobility and software-controlled vehicles is renting 1,060 sqm of office space in the property, which is owned by Espace Real Estate.
This is the company's first location in Switzerland, according to SPGI Zurich. According to the real estate service provider, it led the search process and the lease negotiations.
The office space needs to be converted before the tech company can move in this summer. According to SPGI Zurich, the company will be based in an already renovated office space in Schaffhausen's old town for six months until then. (ah)
