Lucerne: Foundation stone laid for "Lou" construction project
The Credit Suisse Investment Foundation project in Lucerne's Tribschen district comprises almost 150 apartments and a retail store.

The foundation stone has been laid for the "Lou" project in the Tribschen district of Lucerne, which comprises 147 rental apartments and a Coop store on the first floor. The client is an investment group of the Credit Suisse Investment Foundation; HRS Real Estate developed the project and is now realizing it.
Lou" was planned by Zurich-based Caruso St John Architects in cooperation with the landscape architects from Antón Landschaft in Zurich. At Tribschenstrasse 54/56, mainly smaller residential units (1.5 to 2.5 rooms) are being built, but there are also 41 apartments with 3.5 and 3.5 rooms. The Coop store occupies a sales area of 650 square meters. According to HRS, marketing of the new apartments will start in the first quarter of 2026. (ah)
