Basel: SFP has renovated two fund properties
The apartments in the renovated apartment buildings have all been re-let.
The SF Sustainable Property Fund has completed two refurbishments in Basel-Stadt. The two properties in question are Luzernerring 148 with 17 apartments and Rufacherstrasse 8 (ten units). According to Swiss Finance & Property Funds AG, the refurbishments will save half of the energy required for operation. All of the apartments were re-let before the renovation work was completed. The building application was submitted before the Basel Housing Promotion Act came into force. (aw)
