Aarau: SF Commercial benefits from site development

The city of Aarau has launched a site development for a 120,000 square meter area adjacent to the train station to the north, which the SF Commercial Properties Fund real estate fund says will benefit from. The fund's property at Rohrerstrasse 100/102 comprises 8.5% of the planning perimeter, is centrally located in the development area and could benefit from enormous value potential in the long term, the fund announced.

In the future, the area currently used for commercial space should allow the greatest possible flexibility for commercial and residential use. Due to the central and excellently developed location, up to three times higher utilization is planned in various zones. (ah)
