Bussigny: 1291 Investment Foundation project completed
The 21 apartments at the "Ehden Parc" property in Bussigny will be handed over to the tenants in March.
1291 The Swiss investment foundation 1291 announces the full letting of the "Ehden Parc" property in Bussigny (VD). 1291 acquired the project on Rue du Parc in 2022 for the "Real Estate Switzerland" investment group. The five-storey apartment building, consisting of 21 rental apartments and a 110 sqm commercial space, was completed at the end of 2023. The apartments will be handed over to the tenants at the end of March 2024, according to the investment foundation.
The property, which is characterized by its proximity to schools, shopping facilities and doctors' surgeries, has excellent public transport connections. A direct streetcar line to Lausanne is also planned for 2027. The Minergie-certified building is equipped with geothermal probes, a heat pump and PV systems on the roof, among other things.
The completion of the property will generate an annual rental income of around CHF 0.7 million and increase the residential quota in the portfolio to 59%, the investment foundation added. (ah)
