Immofonds plans townhouses in municipality on Lake Geneva

The real estate fund holds a property with 40 apartments in La Tour-de-Peilz, and according to the fund management, the property has "considerable potential for densification".

As the existing buildings are in good condition, the decision was made to increase the density with an additional building, according to the fund. The "Townhouses" project envisages five units, each with a 6.5-room and a 2.5-room apartment, as well as the installation of a photovoltaic system and the ecological upgrading of the outdoor space. According to the fund management, the planning application was submitted in March. Construction is scheduled to start at the beginning of 2025 and occupation is planned for mid-2026. (ah)
