Zurich: Three more tenants for high-rise building on Schanzenbrücke

On behalf of the owner, SPGI Zurich brokered leases for almost 2,200 square meters for the newly renovated building.

The high-rise building at Stockerstrasse 64, Schanzenbrücke in Zurich, with around 7,000 square meters of space, has been completely renovated and is now fully let. The commissioned broker SPGI Zurich has let a further three spaces for Swiss Life. In future, GenTwo, a B2B fintech company, will occupy 1,442 sqm of offices, a further 370 sqm went to the international reinsurance broker Howden Re and 369 sqm to an independent tax and trust company. The tenants will move into their space immediately and some have already moved in. There are still 2,400 sqm of vacant space with layouts ranging from 370 to 1,335 sqm. The last tenant to move into the high-rise was an investment manager (IB reported). (aw)
