Bussigny: First apartments in "Côté Gare" completed
The major project in the Lausanne region has been under construction since fall 2021. According to HRS, the first building has now been handed over to the tenants.
According to project developer HRS, the first 80 tenants of the "Côté Gare" quarter in Bussigny (VD) moved into their apartments at the beginning of April. The project developed by HRS is being financed by Baloise Life Ltd and the Turidomus investment foundation. A total of 465 apartments are being built in the district. The ensemble also includes 3,000 square meters of office space and 2,000 square meters for stores and studios.
Construction began in the fall of 2021 (IB reported). (aw)
