Zizers: Suva invests in production building
The insurance group is an investor in the new headquarters of Fritz Landolt AG. Losinger Marazzi develops and realizes - for the first time in Graubünden.
On April 24, Losinger Marazzi AG and Suva celebrated the start of construction work on the new headquarters of industrial company Fritz Landolt AG in the Tardisland industrial zone in Zizers (GR). The new headquarters of the company, which produces nonwovens among other things, will be built by the end of 2025. The current headquarters in Näfels will have to be abandoned due to limited growth opportunities. The new complex comprises production and logistics facilities on an area of 15,000 square meters. The long-term investor is the Lucerne insurance company Suva. Losinger Marazzi AG developed the project and is realizing it as a total contractor. This is Losinger Marazzi's first project in the canton of Graubünden. (aw)
