Troinex: SFP announces start of letting at Parc des Crêts
The residential development near Geneva, which is scheduled for completion in the 3rd quarter, is already 50% let.
According to investment group SFP AST Swiss Real Estate, the letting of the construction project in Troinex (GE) has begun. The building in the new "Le Parc-des-Crêts" district will have 27 apartments. According to the investment foundation, more than 50% of the apartments have been reserved since the start of marketing.
SFP raised funds for the purchase of the project as part of a capital increase in the fall of last year (IB reported). According to the annual report, the sales price, which is due after completion in the third quarter of 2024, is CHF 24.5 million. (aw)
