Zug: Subtenant for 1,300 square meters of office space
SPGI has found a marketing company as a tenant for a vacant office space in the "Opus" property in Zug.
On behalf of a medical technology company, SPGI was looking for a subtenant for 1,270 sqm of office space in "Opus" in Zug. The new tenant at Zählerweg 4 is Congo Brands, a marketing company that develops brands and products.
The premises in the building complex, which is located directly next to Zug railroad station, extend over two floors and are fully fitted out, including furniture. SPGI handled the entire negotiation process on behalf of the current tenant. This is a company with a long tradition in the medical technology sector and is one of the largest suppliers of orthopaedic implants. With Congo Brands, SPGI has now found a suitable subtenant for the 1,270 m² of office space. The company, which specializes in brand development and is known in particular for its trendy prime drinks, recently moved into the space.
