Streetbox: Fund buys in Moudon
The fund, which specializes in storage boxes, plans to start construction in Moudon (VD) at the end of the year and sell half of the units.
The Streetbox Real Estate Fund has signed a contract for the purchase of a 10,155 square meter plot of land in Moudon (VD). The contract is linked to the granting of a building permit, which is expected at the end of the year. Construction work will then begin and a property with 62 boxes will be built.
"The strategy will be to rent 32 boxes and sell 30 boxes to ensure the growth of the fund," writes the Procimmo-managed fund in a press release. (aw)
