Allschwil: SPGI lets 990 square meters of office space

On behalf of the owner Fundamenta Group Investment Foundation, SPGI Zurich has leased around 990 square meters of office space at Gewerbestrasse 24 in Allschwil (BL). The property is located in the middle of the Bachgraben commercial zone in the border triangle of France, Germany and Switzerland and close to Basel. An internationally significant cluster for life science and biotech start-ups is currently being built in the immediate vicinity. SPGI Zurich was commissioned by the owner to let the last office space on the 2nd floor and has acquired a chemical company and a healthcare institution. Tenants are also being sought for the 3rd floor of the property, which is currently fully let and will become vacant on December 1. (aw)
