Oberägeri: Mobimo lays foundation stone for ten apartment buildings
A development with 92 condominiums on Lake Aegeri is to be completed by the beginning of 2026. Lake water will be used for heating and cooling.
Mobimo has laid the foundation stone for the "Edenblick" development in Oberägeri (ZG) on Lake Aegeri. There will be 90 condominium apartments. The plans for the ten apartment buildings were drawn up by GKS Architekten Generalplaner Luzern. The apartments have 2.5 to 5.5 rooms and are located on Lutisbachweg on a south-facing slope with a view of the lake.
Two thirds of the apartments have been sold or reserved. Anliker AG is realizing the project as general contractor. Mobimo has set the handover date as the end of 2025/beginning of 2026. The development is to be heated and cooled in a "largely" CO₂-neutral manner using a lake water catchment system. Each of the ten buildings will also have its own photovoltaic system. (aw)
