Geneva: CBRE leases 1,100 sqm of office space
A retail company has moved into the 11,000 square meter "Centre Rhône Fusterie" property.
CBRE Switzerland has announced a major letting in Geneva's Central Business District. According to the brokerage firm, it has brokered 1,100 sqm of office space in the "Centre Rhône Fusterie" to a retail company on behalf of Axa Investment Managers Schweiz AG.
The complex with the address Rue du Rhône 12/Rue du Commerce 3-7 comprises 11,000 sqm of office space on six floors. According to the operators' website, 4,200 sqm is currently available for rent. (aw)
