Zurich: Auditors for rent in Sihlcity
As JLL reports, Forvis Mazars AG is renting 3,200 square meters of office space in the complex, which is also an office location.
Around 3,200 sqm of office space in an office wing of the Sihlcity shopping center in Zurich has found a new tenant. This was announced by the real estate company JLL Switzerland, which is marketing the vacant space on behalf of the owner. The new tenant of the premises at Kalandergasse 4 is reportedly the auditing firm Forvis Mazars AG.
The complex is owned by several Credit Suisse funds. It had recently decided to give up space in the property, which had increased the vacancy rate (IB reported). (aw)
