Burgdorf: Investment group plans redensification
The municipality in the canton of Bern has started the process for new building regulations that would allow Suisselect to create up to 4,000 square meters of additional living space.
The Suisseselect investment group can consolidate its property in Burgdorf (BE). This was announced by the Ecoreal investment foundation. This means that around 3,000 to 4,000 square meters of new living space could be created on the Alpina site in the medium to long term. Implementation would require a development plan and, in turn, an indicative project as the basis for this. The municipality has organized initial workshops with a total of four landowners, according to the report.
Suisseselect owns the property at Oberburgstrasse 8, 10, 12/Scheunenstrasse 19 in Burgdorf. (aw)
