Abtwil: Säntispark reopens with mid- and long-stay concept
According to the new owner Fortimo, a new room concept is designed for both business travelers and families.

The Hotel Säntispark is set to reopen in spring 2025 as the "Revier Hotel Säntispark". This was announced by the Fortimo Group, which acquired the property from Migros Ostschweiz. With the reopening, the Revier Group will grow to six hotels. This includes a hotel that will open in Saas-Fee this year.
Säntispark will be renovated from January to April 2025. According to the press release, the public areas will be completely redesigned and expanded. Among other things, additional seminar rooms, "working spaces" and a children's club will be created. This will expand the Revier Group's offering to include business and family hotels for the first time. "The renovation aims to meet the modern demands of these guest segments with an innovative design and lifestyle concept," writes Fortimo. Eighteen rooms will be converted into "Smart Studios", a room concept for mid- and longstay, which, depending on the configuration, is designed for families of up to four people or for business travelers with longer stays. It includes a kitchenette, bathroom, living room, desk and separate bedroom. The design concept was created by Visionary Design from Helsinki.
With 124 rooms and its seminar infrastructure, the Hotel Säntispark is one of the largest hotels in Eastern Switzerland. The Swiss Olympic Medical Center of Medbase AG is also integrated into the complex. (aw)
