Winterthur: Padelta rents 3,200 sqm in "Green Spin"
The first anchor tenant of the real estate project with 31,000 sqm of rental space will create five padel courts in the building. Construction is due to start next year.

An anchor tenant has been secured for the "Green Spin" commercial property in Winterthur. According to Felix Partner Architektur Design, padel court operator Padelta has leased 3,200 square meters in the property. Five courts are to be built for the sport - a mixture of squash and tennis - and a fitness facility and café are also planned. "Padelta is a perfect fit for our desired tenant mix," say Rahel and Peter Felix, who initiated and developed the project with their office.
The "Green Spin" is being built in the Grüze district in the east of Winterthur and will comprise 31,000 square meters of commercial, office and service space. It is to be certified according to the Breeam standard.
Construction of the building is scheduled to start in 2025. It is due to be occupied in 2027.
