Grenchen: Espace Real Estate celebrates laying of foundation stone
As general contractor, Halter AG is building four houses with a total of 41 apartments for Immobilien-AG.
Espace Real Estate has laid the foundation stone for the "Hasenmatt" residential development in Grenchen (SO). Construction of the four apartment buildings with 41 units started in May 2024. The project on a south-facing slope is being realized by Halter AG as the general contractor. The designs are by SSA Architekten. Marketing of the apartments is set to begin in a few months, according to Espace. Completion is planned for December 2025.
Espace acquired the 7,263 square meter plot on Bettlachstrasse in 2009, creating a usable building area of 3,722 square meters. (aw)
